My only concern about staying there would be getting back and forth to/from the trolley station. There are two restaurants at the marina within walking distance of the RV park. It's about a mile and a half walk to the H Street Trolley station around an industrial area: The RV park and the marina are nice, but the areas leading up to it are industrial or abandon industrial lots. Just outside the park entrance are bus stops for the 901 bus.Ī last choice might be the Chula Vista RV Park on the bay in Chula Vista next to the Marina. It's not the most convenient because there are no hook-ups available, as you're parked pretty much on an asphalt parking lot. I have a friend who lives just west of there on Alvarado, and it's a nice area.Īnother possibility, although a bit more remote, would be to stay at the Silver Strand State Beach in Coronado. I have not personally seen it, but it says that it's adjacent to the 70th Street Trolley station on the Green Line.
